Who are we?

Duchess of Dupont is a DC-based lingerie, swim, and leisure online retailer.  Launched in January 2018, our store aims to bring small, independent, and innovative brands to the forefront of the US marketplace. Think of us as your friendly, neighborhood DC lingerie store and more: for home, for work, for vacation, or simply for the boudoir.

What do we do?

Duchess of Dupont is different from most other online lingerie or swimwear stores. Our lingerie boudoir includes sexy boudoir lingerie, bridal boudoir lingerie and lingerie for boudoir photo shoot sessions. We have a full wardrobe of swim, leisurewear, sleepwear, footwear, and even men’s swimwear and leisure. We offer a Concierge option for face to face personal shopping and are a popular choice if you are planning your look for a boudoir photo shoot and want a photo ready outfit. 

Where are we based?

We are located in Washington, DC proper (Dupont) and we have a face to face Concierge Service across the Washington DC Metro area – including in Adams Morgan, Georgetown, and Dupont Circle.

What lingerie brands do you stock?

We carry mainly small, independent, designer brand names from Europe and the US. Because we have hand selected each piece, we stand by its artistry and quality. We have a wide price range, making the store affordable to boudoir lingerie lovers all over Washington, DC.

What swimwear labels do you stock?

We stock the highest quality European and American labels, from smaller, often emerging designers. We feature the most striking, practical and comfortable designs and a selection that is unique in Washington, DC.

Do you have a store?

We have a VIP Concierge Service by appointment to local customers if you wish to have a more traditional shopping experience.  Just think of us as your online, friendly, neighborhood Washington, DC lingerie store - and more!

What sizes do you cater for?

We stock brands with sizes from 32A to 36E and from XS to XXL so there’s no need to compromise on buying the styles you want. We provide a free personal shopping service and have access to many boudoir lingerie designers not listed on our website so contact christina@duchessofdupont.com if you can’t see what you are looking for in our boudoir.

Do you offer fitting advice?

Yes! We don’t just offer lingerie for boudoir looks, we have professionally trained and certified bra fitters on hand to offer any advice on size, style or fit for both lingerie and swimwear: from bridal to beach-ready to sexy. If its lingerie for boudoir then it needs to fit and our sexy boudoir lingerie is at its most sexy when it fits well!
